ZUMBA® Fitness

Zumba® Fitness – Latin & International music fused to create an explosive, booty shakin’ party of a workout that burns 400-1000 calories an hour and leave you on a high!

Zumba Fitness is a combination of dance & aerobics. We use Salsa, Cumbia, Reggaeton, Hip Hop and many more routines in the class. The great thing about the class is that you do it to your own level, ability and comfort.

Fitsteps

‘Strictly Come Dancing’, Natalie Lowe, Mark Foster and Ian Waite had a great idea. They decided to mix the graceful steps of Ballroom and the up tempo steps of the Latin dances together to create a really fun, energetic and effective way to stay fit and keep trim that would appeal to everyone. They created FitSteps® – the unique dance fitness programme that is ‘so much fun you don’t even realise you’re getting fit!’. No Partner Necessary.

Piloxing

The PILOXING program uniquely blends the power, speed, and agility of boxing with exhilarating dance moves and targeted sculpting and flexibility of pilates. These techniques are supplemented by the use of weighted gloves, further toning the arms and maximizing cardiovascular health. Put it all together, and you have a muscle-toning, fat-burning workout that will make you feel physically and mentally empowered!

Power Hour

Power Hour is designed for the people who do not wish to go to the intimidating environment of the gym. We thought it would be a great idea to bring the gym to you, so we did… and we have done since August 2016.

We run this for a 6 – week block for only €50 or €10 per class. This has proven to be a great way to improve your strength, fitness and stamina as we tackle many muscle groups.

Our client base has grown from 8 to max capacity of 20. We limit numbers so you all get personal attention from myself and Sinead Mulvey.

HIIT WITH BUMS & TUMS

HIIT or known as High Intensity Interval Training is a 3o minute program for those of you who have a busy lifestyle.

This program consists of a warm up, 3 rounds of 6 exercises for 30-40 seconds each with a short active rest in between each exercise. The idea is to push yourself to YOUR MAX for a short period, then rest… and repeat this formula. We redirect the blood flow from upper body to lower body and back while increasing your cardiovascular system.

This means your body is working very hard to keep oxygenated blood to the relevant muscles groups which will in turn burn lots and lots of calories including burn actual body fat as fuel.

If you fancy more…. We then have a 15 minute bums & tums specific session. It is what it says, BUMS & TUMS!!
